Access resources: Visitors with specific access queries, wishing to reserve seating, or needing things like a PA ticket or queue priority can email us directly at info@strangebrewbristol.com. We have seating available at all events, with the option to reserve it in advance if needed and always have free ear protection available, something all music venues are required to provide.
Designated staff for disability support and the chronically ill community: We do not have the resources to provide dedicated staff, however our staff team including security are trained in disability awareness, offering support whichever way we can if people make us aware they require support, either in advance or at the event.
Additional support: We offer full wheelchair and ambulant disabled accessibility to the public, including: Step-free, level access throughout, Allocated wheelchair viewing areas / tables available on request. Seats can be provided for predominantly stand-up events on request. Lights during performances can be dangerous to those with epilepsy or a history of seizures. If you suffer from these and would like to attend please notify us in advance and we will cease their use. Assistance Dogs are welcome at all shows.
